Chris Hayles–could you please contact me–Nurse Diver delivered me Sept 26, 1947–my father a American Gi and my mother native of Totton–an English Warbride WW2–I long to know more about St. Elmos Nursing home and Nurse Diver. My parents passed away in !994 & 1995. Sadly, I never got to ask her about it. I was so excited about the site on Totton. I long to go back. It always felt like “home” to me. Most of my relatives are deceased and the ones living only send me Christmas cards! So, I really would like to communicate w/you. Thank you jennifer

ps do you have any photos of the fishing lodge at the Salmon Leap off of Testwood lane? also, sadly Cards Fish and Chips are gone!

Hi Jennifer, I came across your post afer searching information about St Elmo’s in Totton. My mother in law was born there in 1946 and we are trying to trace a half brother she never knew she had, also born at St Elmo’s in 1944. The things you learn after people pass on! If you email me I can give you some pointers which might give you a bit more information.
